Good news…. Latvia together with Malta, Lithuania, the Netherlands and the UK has become the fastest growing country in the EU as regards innovation, according to the 2016 results of the European Innovation Scoreboard, the Regional Innovation Scoreboard and the Innobarometer, released by the European Commission.
